The Smiley Tillmon Band was formed in early 2008 when Smiley Tillmon and Tom Rezetko began playing blues together at local open jam nites throughout the Chicagoland area. After a few weeks, the jams got funkier and the crowds got bigger, which led Smiley and Tom to seek out a band. Smiley likes to mix up the group to achieve a modern and unique style of blues, funk, soul and jazz.
The Vics have brought their authentic form of early Rock 'n' Roll to audiences of all ages. Since 2003, the Chicago-based Crown Vics have been bringing audiences their intrepid blend of 1950's Birth of Rock & Roll, and Rhythm & Blues showstoppers.
Hurricane Gumbo Returns To Chuck's Fest. The long anticipated return of one of Chicago's ultimate party bands has ended. Hurricane Gumbo will take the stage Saturday Night, and will bring a Mardi Gras Party with them. Known for their covers of some of New Orleans ultimate party music, they also mix in originals that keep the party rocking on through the night. What's a Mardi Gras without beads!!!
