2011 Chuck's Fest Food Menu

Let's face it, sunshine, great music, and Chuck's food make a great combination for an awesome day.  There will be plenty of outdoor and tent seating.

The Chuck's Fest food menu is carefully designed by Executive Chef Chuck Pine from Chuck's Southern Comforts Cafe to make his summer festival enjoyed by everyone. Whether you are looking for Cajun, Gourmet Mexican, BBQ, desserts or even just a beer, Chuck's is happy to serve you.

  Cajun Crab Cakes-shrimp,crab and andouille sausage cake topped with poblano cream sauce
  Shrimp Po'Boys-fried shrimp, red pepper mayo, lettuce and tomato on french bread
  Seafood Gumbo-shrimp, crawfish, crab, fish and andouille sausage in a spicy gumbo
  Poormans Jambalaya-classic rice dish from New Orleans with andouille sausage and smoked ham
  Fried Alligator- crispy fried alligator served with a remoulade sauce for dipping
  Mussells cooked in beer-steamed mussels in a beer, fennel and garlic broth
  Jalapeno-Cheddar Hushpuppies- crispy fried hush puppies with jalapenos and cheddar cheese
  Cajun Corn of the Cob- Spicy Cajun boiled sweet corn dipped in butter

  Cream of Poblano Soup-creamy soup made with poblano peppers, green beans and corn
